Scheduled Air Service-Windsor/Pelee Island

The Owen Sound Transportation Company, on behalf of the
Ontario Ministry of Transportation, requests proposals from
licensed air carriers for scheduled air service between Pelee Island
and Windsor Airport for the winter period from
December 2008 to March 2009 and December 2009 to March 2010.

Interested and qualified carriers must be able to provide
aircraft with de-icing equipment and instrument flight capability.
Proposals must be received no later than
1:30 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2008.
